The revision and creation of the many resources under our Brain Tumours Learning Hub was made possible through the generous support of Jordana's Rainbows, a family foundation whose mission is "to share Jordana's vision for a kinder world and seek to enrich lives with her rainbows of hope. Jordana's Rainbows is dedicated to the advocacy for children diagnosed with cancer and to the advancement of DIPG research."

Spin for Limbs

Spin for Limbs is a non-profit organization that raises awareness and funds to support SickKids limb reconstruction patients and their families. Our Limb Reconstruction Learning Hub has been made possible through generous donations from Spin for Limbs’ annual walk, bike and family festival. The resources are designed to help current and future SickKids patients prepare for their limb reconstruction journey.

The Women’s Auxiliary Volunteers (WAV)

WAV is a registered charity providing service and support to SickKids since 1950. We are a Grand Benefactor of the SickKids Foundation, having raised almost $20 million since 1993. Our members donate over 30,000 hours of volunteer service to SickKids annually.

Our mission is to deliver an extra dimension of care to patients and families by direct service and fundraising supporting the clinical, research and learning endeavours at SickKids.

At SickKids, we proudly own and operate the 5Fifty5 Shop and fund and operate the WAV PlayPark supporting siblings and families, as well as the beloved Bravery Bead program. We are proud to have funded five SickKids Research Chairs, totalling over $12 million, supporting world-leading research.

The proceeds from our 5Fifty5 Shop together with fundraising and donations enable WAV to fund a variety of projects and initiatives at SickKids, including AboutKidsHealth.
